The Arizona Behavioral Health Residential Facility Home Owners Association (AZ BHRF HOA) is not affiliated with any government authority or claims any rights to their material, information, or intellectual property.

The Arizona Behavioral Health Residential Facility Home Owners Association (AZ BHRF HOA) sole purpose is to work and ensure that all BHRFs within the organization stay in compliance according to the rules and regulations put in place by the ADHS so that all the members in their care get the best treatment and care that they need and deserve. AZ BHRF HOA was created to maintain checks and balances and to assist member BHRFs to stay in compliance with all rules and regulations, AZ BHRF HOA will assist with site visits, assist with plans of corrections, hold members accountable for not staying in compliance, but will educate and assist all member BHRFs to stay in compliance. In doing so, AZ BHRF HOA will be assisting by making sure the members are getting the care they need and also taking off some workload on the shoulders of the above-governing authorities thus leading to more compliance, accuracy, sef-check, and care for the members.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY

The Arizona Behavioral Health Residential Facility Home Owners Association (AZ BHRF HOA) is to assist in making sure that all the existing and future BHRFs stay in compliance according to the guidelines from the ADHS.


AZ BHRF HOA will assist in investigating to root out all bad actors in the BHRF System and leave only those who are willing to do the work to enhance the well-being and livelihood of our members. We will carry out investigations and report to the governing authorities about any facility or provider who is not doing the right thing in assisting the members in achieving their treatment goals.


AZ BHRF HOA also has the duty and responsibility of advocation for both the BHRF and the Residents to make sure no particular group is sidelined or feels not heard when providing or receiving services.

OUR MISSION

The Mission of the Arizona Behavioral Health Residential Facility Home Owners Association (AZ BHRF HOA), is to enhance general mental health awareness with emphasis on substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and a concentration on homelessness, treatment, job/skill training, and the reintegration back into the society or to the best next level of care of our residents/members.

OUR GOAL

Our goals are to provide the best care environment for the members to get all the care they need while working with the state health department and other government and tribal authorities to ensure best practices that enhance the health and wellbeing of our members. Our goal is also to assist the governing authorities in fighting against fraud, waste, and abuse that are occuring in treatment facilities.
